When the passengers are on the highest height of the Ferris wheel where they can have the best view of the surrounding areas, they can have a picture-taking moment which will bring them back to the ground with a memento that will last a lifetime. The soft copy of the photos will be given for free, but if they want a hard copy they need to pay Php 40 for 1 copy of a collaged version of their 4 photos.

With the use of items like aluminum diamond tread plates, high-quality and robust steel, self-skinning polyurethane foam and the like, the structure and strength of the Ferris Wheel will be 100% safe. The operators of the ride are also oriented with all the safety guildelines which increases the level of safety of the Stellar.

To ensure the safety of the passengers while they are on the ride, safety measures will be strictly implemented and followed. The following are safety measures employed by the world-renowned Ferris wheels all over the world. 1. The operators will observe and check the weather conditions before and on the day the Ferris wheels will be used. If there is a forecast of bad weather, heavy winds, and rains, the ride will be closed until the forecast declares it safe for all the passengers to enjoy the Ferris wheel. In addition, the platform where the Ferris wheel will be on will be triple-checked during application to the field to ensure that it won't be easily removed or swayed by minor and major environmental activities. 2. An aluminum safety fence will surround the entire area of the ride to prevent the small students from getting too close to the platform of the Ferris wheel and the Ferris wheel itself. The line will strictly be at the entrance and exit area of the ride only, overlooked by one of the operators. The loading and unloading area will be kept clear before the wheel starts any type of movement. 3. The ride operators will be knowledgeable about using fire extinguishers to ensure an immediate reaction in case a fire starts. Extinguishers will be readily available to the operators at all times. 4. The operators are pledged to always be alert for safety concerns, from basic slip and fall prevention to the use and maintenance of equipment. The “safety first“ protocol will be strictly followed and the operators will follow a kind and understanding decorum with each other and the passengers. 5. Safety precautions will be discussed briefly by the ride operators before the ride starts accepting passengers. All operators will be aware of every safety rule and precaution, ensuring the complete safety of the passengers during their ride. 6. Proper dress code must be observed to prevent any clothing material from getting stuck in the cart and any other part of the Ferris wheel. In addition, flammable items like aerosol cans and lighters, paraphernalia, and weapons are not allowed to be on the ride. Food is highly discouraged in the ride, but wrappers and other trash will be thrown in the proper bins around the Ferris wheel if food is eaten.

There will be six very eye-catching and uniquely designed carts that can fit a total of four small children that come from the grade school department. With our goal of making it accessible to children of all ages, kids from the pre-school department can still join in on the fun, but they will need to be with a guardian inside the cart for their safety, limiting each cart to one guardian, two children ratio. Lastly, to accommodate the high-school students who are kids at heart, a maximum capacity of two students will accommodate each cart.
